Rosemary Chicken on the Grill

Ingredients:

4 Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless (approx 4oz raw)
1 Lemon, cut in 1/2
Mrs Dash's Salt Free Seasoning Blend, Table Blend
1/2 Red Onion, chopped fine
2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, chopped, fine
Pepper, fresh ground
Garnish: sprigs of fresh rosemary

Directions:

Rinse chicken , remove excess fat. Create marinade in a shallow glass baking dish from the juice squeezed from 1 lemon. Chop up the remained of the squeezed lemon and add. Also add seasoning, onion and chopped rosemary.
Marinate chicken lidded in the refrigerator for 2 hours, minimum.

Preheat the grill, medium high.

Grill chicken approximately 3-4 minutes on each side. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees, or cut into the breat at the thickest past (off the grill) and check for doneness.

Garnish with fresh ground pepper and sprigs of rosemary. Serve direct from the grill.
