Pizza on the Grill
.. Shrimp with Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

1 16oz pkg
Trader Joe's Wheat Pizza Dough (2oz per individual pizza)

8 oz Salad Shrimp (1oz per individual pizza)
8 oz Bean Sprouts (1oz per individual pizza)
1 cup Thai Peanut Sauce (2 tablespoons per individual pizza)
8 oz Red Bell Pepper, chopped (1oz per individual pizza)
8 oz Green Onion, sliced (1oz per individual pizza)
Garnish: with fresh cilantro

Directions:

Heat grill to a medium hot heat. Divide 16oz pizza dough ball into 8 - 2oz balls. On a flat surface (cutting board) roll
with a rolling pin the individual 2oz ball out to make a "rustically round" pizza skin. Lightly oil the grill to keep the
pizza from sticking. Place pizza dough directly on the hot grates. Turn when pizza has taken on light grill marks from the heated side.

Top your pizza with thai peanut sauce, shrimp, bean sprouts, red pepper, and green onions. Garnish with cilantro.
Serve directly from the grill to the plate.
