Honey Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
1 cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
2 tablespoons Honey
1 cup Fiber One cereal, divided in two
1 cup Blackberries, rinsed, divided in two
1 1/2 cup Raspberries, rinsed, divided in two
1 oz Slivered Almonds, toasted, divided in two
Garnish - Fresh mint
Directions:
In a non stick skillet on low heat, toast the slivered almonds 1-2 minutes, watch carefully. (Optional add on, adds 1 POINT®)
In a medium size bowl put yogurt and honey and mix well.
In a goblet layer 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt, 1/4 cup fiber one cereal, 1/4 cup blackberries, 3/4 cup raspberries.
Repeat for a second layer, Optional: top with 1/4oz toasted slivered almonds. Garnish with fresh mint.
Servings - 2 large goblets
