Grilled Nectarines

Ingredients:

Non stick Cooking Spray - Pam High Heat
2 fresh firm nectarines - cut in half, seed removed
1 Lemon - sliced
Garnish - chopped fresh mint

Directions:

In a medium size bowl add 3 cups of water and lemon slices. Soak the nectarines for approximately 10 minutes.

Spray non stick cooking spray in a paper towel and wipe grill top well, prior to heating. Heat Grill to a medium high
heat.

Place nectarines on the grill, cut side down to heat, and obtain beautiful grill marks.

Serve direct from the grill.. adding a bit of chopped mint... or for an added POINT* a 1/2 cup of Breyers No-Sugar
Added Double Churn Extra Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream.. (now this is really when it gets "sin"sational!!)
