Fresh Green Beans and Radish with Toasted Almond We used: for a serving for 2 1 1/2 cups of Fresh Green Beans, rinsed 1/2 cup of Fresh Radishes, rinsed 2 teaspoons Olive Oil 2 tablespoons of Raw Slivered Almonds Non Stick Cooking Spray Directions: In a non stick skillet lightly spray with non stick cooking spray and over medium high heat "toast" the almond slivers until golden brown. Remove to a paper towel. Add a cup of water to the skillet and over high heat blanch the grean beans until tender. In a glass bowl add the green beans, radish slices and toss with olive oil.
