Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana
Sammy and Smoothie


Ingredients:

2 Oroweat Whole Grain Honey Wheat Sandwich Thins
4 Tablespoons Chocolate PB2 (from www.bellplantation.com)
3 Tablespoons Water
dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 Medium Banana - sliced rather thin
2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Maple flavor Syrup

Directions:

Make your "peanut butter " by starting with your chocolate PB2 and water in a small bowl. Add your dash of apple pie spice.

Create your sammy with your sammy-thin and PB2 mixture. Top with 1/2 of the banana slices and "drizzle"
1 tablesppon of syrup over the top.

and for More Peanut Butter Banana fun.. add a smoothie!!

Ingredients:

1 Packet of Weight Watchers Vanilla Smoothie mix
4 Tablespoon of Chocolate PB2 (from www.bellplantation.com)
dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Maple flavor Syrup
1 Medium Banana - cut into slices
8oz 8th Continent Fat Free Vanila Soymilk
ice cubes - medium crushed

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until think and smooth. Garnish with mint sprig.
