This wrap is pretty simple to make.. and it brimming with wholesome filling foods.. with a super amount of fiber.
You can "zip" them up and have lunches ready for later week.. or what I did was cut them in half and 'zipped" them up in snack storage bags in case I'd rather have a half.. so a healthy 2.5 POINT* snack!! Be Prepared.. save time down the road.

White Bean and Avocado Wrap

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Chipolte Chile in Adobo Sauce, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 cups of Broccoli Slaw
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 - 15oz can White Beans, rinsed
1 ripe Avocado
1/2 cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 tablespoons Red Onion, minced
4 Flat Out Healthy Grain - Multi Grain Wrap

Directions:

Whisk vinegar, oil, chipolte chile and salt in a medium bowl. Add broccoli slaw and cilantro, toss well.

Mash beans and avocado in another medium bowl with a potato masher or fork, Stir in cheese and onion.

To assemble the wraps, spread 1/4 of the bean/avocado mixture onto a wrap and top it with 1/4 of the broccoli slaw mixture. Roll Up. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Cut the wraps in half to serve.
