Poppyseed Dressing:
this batch will yield
approx 8 servings - refrigerate in air-tight container
1/2 cup
cider vinegar
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1 mini cube of Knorr's onion
seasoning
6 packets of Splenda with Fiber, sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
1/8-1/4 teaspoon Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum
1/2 teaspoon poppyseeds
Poppyseed Dressing Directions:
This is a quick and easy
dressing. If you haven't used Xanthan Gum.. it is a fine powder that is added as a thickening
agent. Start with the smaller amount and add if needed. Found in natural and health food stores, very low in calories and high in fiber. I find this a perfect job for my Magic Bullet processor.
Add all ingredients to the blender cup.. Process until well blended. Refrigerate dressing.
