Still celebrating? More parties and social events ahead? We are working right into New Years Eve and Day, so
appetizers are often on our to prepare list.
By using a lower fat turkey pepperoni and lower fat mozzarella
cheese, it makes this pizza puff a fun for everybody treat.

Puff Pastry Pepperoni Pizza
Ingredients:
5 sheets of Athen's Fillo (Phyllo) Dough (9x14)
1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
1 1/2 Tbls McCormick's Pizza Seasoning
34 slices of Hormel Turkey Pepperoni, diced
2 tomatoes, sliced and dried
6-8 green olives, chopped
2/3 cup Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
heat oven to 375. Open out 5 sheets of fillo dough. Cut widthwise to divide into thirds (approx 3 inches x 14), Cut lengthwise to divide into fifths (approx 3x3). On a cookie sheet spray with non-stick spray or use a silicone mat, place layered fillo sqaures on sheet.
Spoon pizza sauce in center of each fillo square. Top with pizza seasoning, pepperoni, dried tomatoes, olives, and cheese. Fold the four corners into the center (envelope fold) and spray with butter spray. Place sheet of pizza puffs into oven and bake until golden brown and flakey.
Serve Hot. Makes a fun tray of appetizers for the New Years Eve Party or Super Bowl Party just around the corner.
