Spring Celebrations
Bagels and Lox with Cream Cheese and Fresh Berries


Ingredients:

2 Western Bagel - Alternative Bagel, Roasted Onion, sliced in half
4 tablespoons Kraft Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 pkg (2 servings) - Echo Falls Wild Alaska Sockeye Smoked Salmon (Lox)
!/4 c Red Onion, sliced or diced
1 tablesppons Capers
3/4 cups Raspberries, fresh, rinsed
3/4 cups Blueberries, fresh, rinsed
optional garnish - fresh parsley

Directions:

Lox will come thinly sliced. Place on serving dish carefully as it is fragile. Top with a few capers and diced onions.
Garnish with parsley. Lightly toast bagel halves. Serve with non fat cream cheese and capers on the side.

Combine fresh berries and plate. Serve as is.
