Sashimi... yummm
Can't get a lower fat alternative, and a luscious delicate flavor.. Shashimi Ahi Tuna.. holds uo to the marinade and the grilling very well. A medium rare finish sears it perfectly. Try the "how-to" Roast Lemon.. bet this is a new one for most of you.. the carmelized juicy sweet pulp is worth the few minutes under the broiler that it takes. Have a Glorious 4th of July.

| Healthy Tip of the Day
The most accurate way to determine the nutritional impact of a marinade is to measure the amount that has been absorbed during the marinating process. Our guideline here is that if we start out with 2 cups of marinade and 1-1/2 cups are left after marinating, we know that 1/2 cup has been absorbed…and that is what is calculated into the Nutrition Facts. If a recipe calls for part of the marinade to be set aside for basting, the entire basting amount is factored in. |
